Chris Lo is a visionary technology leader and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in mobile intelligence and the global data ecosystem. Before founding Aurora Mobile, he successfully founded and sold two technology companies. Under his strategic leadership, Aurora Mobile (NASDAQ: JG) transformed from a pioneer in developer services into a global AI leader in customer engagement. He holds a bachelor's degree from Renmin University and a master's degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus.

An early founder of Aurora Mobile, Guangyan Chen has played a key role throughout the company's growth from its early days to IPO. With over a decade of experience at a leading telecommunications operator, he joined Aurora Mobile and built its human resources, finance, and compliance systems from the ground up. As a pioneer in data security, he has been actively involved in the development of major national policies and industry standards. He currently serves as a Standing Director of a national Internet association, a Distinguished Expert at a key laboratory of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and a postgraduate mentor in Digital Economics at Renmin University. He holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from Renmin University.

Qing leads Aurora Mobile's technology strategy and the evolution of its AI-driven product architecture. With over 20 years of deep industry experience, he previously served as the Technical Lead for Tencent's QQ Music, where he spearheaded the development of high-concurrency systems serving tens of millions of users. Since joining Aurora Mobile, he has been the primary architect behind the company's transition from push notification services to a comprehensive global AI marketing platform. Qing is a distinguished alumnus of Zhejiang University.

Shan-Nen manages Aurora Mobile's global financial strategy, auditing, and NASDAQ compliance. He brings over 20 years of financial leadership, including a 17-year tenure at Ernst & Young (EY) as a partner. Before joining Aurora Mobile, he served as the CFO of Nam Tai Property Inc. (NYSE listed). Shan-Nen is a member of ACCA, HKICPA, and CPA Australia/New Zealand. He holds a unique triple major in Accounting, Finance, and Computer Science from Lincoln University.

Peng drives Aurora Mobile's SaaS commercialization and AI product expansion. With 17 years of experience in enterprise-grade SaaS and the internet sector, he has held pivotal commercial leadership roles at top-tier firms including ByteDance and Hithink RoyalFlush. At Aurora Mobile, he is responsible for strengthening the developer services foundation and spearheading the "Go-Global" strategy and AI-led business innovation.
